The 2018 R&R Short Course (Part II) will be held at The University of Kansas, Haworth Hall (located at 1200 Sunnyside Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas) on June 23-29.  Lodging for the short course will be at the Baymont Inn & Suites Hotel (located at 740 Iowa Street, Lawrence, Kansas  66044).

Reservations Cutoff Date for the special room rate is May 17, 2018.  After May 17, 2018, the special 2018 R&R Workshop room rate and reserved room block will no longer be available.

FASEB has secured hotel accommodations for all FASEB-sponsored travel award recipients.  Arrival date: June 23, 2019; departure date: June 29, 2018.

NOTE:  The Rigor and Reproducibility (R&R) Course will be held daily at Haworth Hall on The University of Kansas campus.  Transporation to/from the Baymont Inn & Suites and The University of Kansas will be provided.



FASEB Diversity Resources Program is providing travel awards for all eligible applicants who are selected to participate in the 2018 R&R Workshop and Course.  The travel awards are available to help support the participation in the 2018 R&R Workshop and Course.  Each travel award helps to defray related expenses including travel (air and ground transportation for the Workshop and Course), lodging at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel (2 nights maximum for Workshop in April), lodging at the Baymont Inn & Suites Hotel (6 nights maximum for the Course in June) and per diem allowance for the Workshop and Course.   Applicants must be USA citizens or Legal Permanent Residents of the USA, and must also meet other eligibility requirements.
